  • Job Description

    - Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
    - Communicate with customers regarding orders, requirements, schedules, and related matters.
    - Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments.
    - Prepare and coordinate sales-related documents and information.
    - Follow up on customer orders, inquiries, and project progress.
    - Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely responses.
    - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
    - Support sales activities and maintain accurate customer information.
    - Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
    - Perform other sales and customer coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    - Approximately 2 years or more of experience in Sales or a related position.
    - Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or manufacturing is preferred.
    - Experience in the automotive or automotive parts industry will be an advantage.
    - Experience or knowledge of CATIA will be an advantage.
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Good coordination and negotiation skills.
    - Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
    - Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
    - Good command of Microsoft Office.
    - Able to work effectively with both customers and internal departments.
