  • Job Description

    1. Business Development
    Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, andM&E projects.

    2. Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

    3. Technical Sales & Solution Proposal
    Understand project requirements, technical specifications, and client needs to propose appropriate engineering solutions.

    4. Tender, Quotation & Proposal Preparation
    Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and quotations in coordination with engineering and internal teams.

    5. Project Coordination
    Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution from bidding through contract award.

    6. Market Intelligence
    Monitor market trends, project opportunities, and competitor activities to support business growth and sales strategy.

    7. Sales Performance
    Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

    8. Client Meetings & Site Visits
    Attend client meetings, presentations, project discussions, and site visits to understand project requirements and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    - 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or project-related business development.
    - Understanding of electrical systems, M&E works, construction projects, or industrial facilities.
    - Experience in tendering, quotation preparation, and project coordination is preferred.
    - Experience in Data Center or Mission Critical projects will be an advantage.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    - Good command of English.
