    【Job Description】
    Provide customer service and assist customers at the Chatuchak store, including English-speaking customers.
    Respond to customer inquiries via email, LINE, and phone for company's services.
    Communicate with partner companies and service providers via email, LINE, and phone.
    Coordinate and support customer service requests, including on-site assistance when required.
    Manage social media accounts, including creating and posting content on Instagram and other platforms.
    Conduct sales activities for products and services offered through company.
    Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Have JLPT N1 or N2
    (For N2 holders, each section score (Language Knowledge, Reading, and Listening) must be 40 points or higher. There are no additional score requirements for N1 holders.)
    - Able to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
    - Flexible and willing to handle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
