  • Job Description

    - Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
    - Handle company registration, corporate restructuring, FBL/FBC applications, legal due diligence, and business compliance.
    - Advise on land and property transactions, construction/operation permits, and labor compliance.
    - Support foreign investors on BOI, IEAT, and Thai regulatory requirements.
    - Improve the firm's operational processes and risk management system.
    - Perform other duties assigned by the firm.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Law with a valid Thai Lawyer License.
    - 5–7 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
    - Strong knowledge of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Foreign Business Act, Labor Protection Act, BOI, and IEAT regulations.
    - Experience advising foreign companies on establishing and expanding businesses in Thailand.
    - Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
    - Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a plus.
