Coordination with Government and Private Organizations- Coordinate with the NBTC, private-sector organizations, and relevant government agencies.- Prepare and submit official letters, clarification letters, and documents required by regulatory authorities.- Attend meetings with government agencies or organizations involved in business regulation.3. Contracts and Legal Documentation- Draft, review, and revise business contracts and other legal documents related to the company.- Coordinate with external law firms on litigation matters or specialized legal issues.4. Internal Coordination- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into internal policies and procedures.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements.5. Legal Monitoring and Updates- Monitor and summarize new announcements from the NBTC and laws relevant to the company and its affiliates.- Alert management and internal departments about regulatory changes and recommend corrective actions.
