• Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and provide legal advice on various legal documents, including compromise agreements, settlement agreements, and other legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and minimizing legal risks to the organization
  • Monitor and ensure that all departments comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations to prevent violations, and oversee continuous compliance improvement activities across the organization
  • Prepare and submit required documents for BOI (Board of Investment) projects, manage BOI conditions and privileges, and ensure the organization maximizes benefits from investment promotion incentives
  • Prepare and conduct shareholders’ meetings and board of directors’ meetings in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association (AoA) and relevant laws
  • Develop and update medium-term plans, organizational structures, and job descriptions to support the company’s strategic objectives
  • Plan, supervise, provide guidance, and support subordinates, as well as summarize and report progress, issues, and challenges to management
  • Collaborate with executives in business planning and the development of organizational policies
