  • Job Description

    • Conduct real estate due diligence;
    • Conduct legal research on topics relating to real estate development such as land allocation, commercial or residential buildings, factories, ports, etc., and provide concise opinions to clients;
    • Draft contracts relating to the field of real estate and machinery such as lease agreements and service agreements;
    • Provide opinions on real estate-related matters;
    • Liaise with government authorities for registration or informational purposes;
    • Ensure legal compliance;
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by Partners or senior lawyers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • LL.B. in Thailand
    • At least 5 years of experience as a Land & Real Estate Lawyer in a law firm or in-house
    • Business-level English (written and spoken)
    • Ability to travel and stay overnight outside Bangkok for work (possession of vehicle is not required)
