Job Description
- Manage maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime and improve machine/equipment performance.
- Analyze maintenance issues and develop improvement solutions, including preventive maintenance (PM) follow-up.
- Manage and develop subordinates, provide training, and support ISO-related systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Lead the maintenance team to achieve company targets.
- Lead projects, Kaizen initiatives, and continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Manage new model projects, including cost control, concept design, and master scheduling.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in any filed
- More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in automotive manufacturing (Press & Welding).
- More than 5 years of management experience.
- Strong machine maintenance skills in the automotive industry, especially with Press Machines and Welding Robots
- Must have experience in New Model development and implementation.
- Conversation level in EnglishEnglish Level
