Complete toolbox talks where required and breakfast briefings with the team. Communicate production expectations and timescales with the team during daily briefings.8. Develop and motivate sub-contractor to ensure they achieve maximum performance. Provide feedback ensuring it is accurate, objective and helpful.9. Display all workshop risk assessments and method statements and ensure they are being adhered to by all workforces.10. Ensure all operatives are using the correct PPE in general and work specific tasks.11. Report accidents and near misses using the correct methods and ensure the team are also aware of their responsibilities to report accidents and near misses.
