  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Patient Support & Hospital Coordination
    - Accompany and assist patients throughout their hospital visits, from registration and consultation to payment and discharge procedures.
    - Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure a smooth and comfortable healthcare experience.
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking patients during their medical appointments.
    - Coordinate with hospital departments, doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to facilitate efficient patient care.

    2. Medical Interpretation Services
    - Provide accurate Japanese-Thai and/or Japanese-English interpretation during medical consultations, examinations, and treatments.
    - Facilitate clear communication between patients and healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
    - Offer on-site interpretation support at hospitals and medical facilities as required.
    - Remain available for standby interpretation services and urgent patient support when necessary.

    3. Appointment Management & Medical Coordination
    - Handle medical appointment bookings and scheduling requests.
    - Arrange consultations with specialist physicians based on patients’ medical needs.
    - Coordinate referrals, hospital transfers, and second-opinion consultations.
    - Liaise closely with hospitals, clinics, specialists, and other healthcare institutions to ensure seamless patient care and treatment arrangements.

    4. Administrative & Data Management
    - Input and maintain patient medical information accurately within the company’s database system.
    - Manage and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
    - Prepare, organize, and maintain medical and administrative documentation.
    - Utilize internal systems and databases in both English and Japanese.

    5. Customer Service & Communication
    - Respond to patient inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
    - Provide timely and professional assistance regarding medical services, appointments, and healthcare-related information.
    - Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    - Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or N2 certification.
    - Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in medical interpretation, particularly within hospitals or healthcare facilities.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based data entry systems.
