• Job Description

  AI Development:
  - Design and develop AI/ML models using the latest technologies (LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision/OCR) to meet business needs.
  
  Implementation & Integration:
  - Deploy AI models and integrate them with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or Databases) via APIs or middleware.
  
  RAG & Prompt Engineering:
  - Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ensure accurate AI responses using internal company data.
  
  Data Pipeline Management:
  - Oversee data pre-processing and cleaning to ensure datasets are ready for model training and inference.
  
  Performance Monitoring:
  - Track and evaluate AI performance in production, ensuring accuracy, stability, and continuous improvement.
  
  AI Governance:
  - Assist in establishing AI usage standards, including data privacy and security protocols.
