Job Description
- Contact clients to understand their logistics and transportation requirements.
- Present the company’s services and logistics solutions that best match customer needs.
- Review customer requirements and coordinate costing in order to prepare competitive quotations.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
- Review customer financial information for credit approval processes.
- Coordinate effectively with internal operations teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth and efficient service support.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Prepare sales reports and performance summaries for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Strong responsibility, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proactive, energetic, and service-minded personality.
* Good command of English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of international trade, freight transportation, export control, and compliance regulations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills are preferred.English Level
