    The successful candidate will support portfolio companies owned by a private equity fund, focusing on corporate value enhancement, business growth, and operational improvement initiatives.

    Working closely with management teams and cross-functional stakeholders, this role will drive strategic and operational transformation projects across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Develop mid-term business plans and growth strategies
    Monitor KPIs and conduct business performance analysis
    Drive revenue growth and profitability improvement initiatives
    Formulate sales, pricing, and new business strategies
    Lead PMI (Post-Merger Integration) and organizational transformation projects
    Prepare management reports and executive presentations
    Support overseas expansion and market entry strategies
    Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree or above
    - More than 8 years of experience in project management or corporate planning in any fields (finance field is advantage)
    - Business level of English
    - Work experience in start up is preferable

    【Advantage】
    - Experience and knowledge of fund is an advantage, but not necessary
    - Japanese language is a plus
    - Strong interest in fund is preferable
