The successful candidate will support portfolio companies owned by a private equity fund, focusing on corporate value enhancement, business growth, and operational improvement initiatives.Working closely with management teams and cross-functional stakeholders, this role will drive strategic and operational transformation projects across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop mid-term business plans and growth strategiesMonitor KPIs and conduct business performance analysisDrive revenue growth and profitability improvement initiativesFormulate sales, pricing, and new business strategiesLead PMI (Post-Merger Integration) and organizational transformation projectsPrepare management reports and executive presentationsSupport overseas expansion and market entry strategiesCoordinate cross-functional strategic projects
