  - Supervise and support a small sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and high service standards
  - Manage trading activities of cables and cable assemblies for industrial clients, including sourcing materials and components
  - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while providing responsive and professional customer service
  - Oversee order processing, delivery schedules, and production lead times to ensure on-time fulfillment
  - Lead price negotiations with customers and suppliers to secure competitive and profitable agreements
  - Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager
  - Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and production) to ensure smooth operations
  - Conduct client visits regularly, with flexibility to travel directly from client sites to home (field-based work style)
