Job Description
1.Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
2.Post job advertisements, review applications, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process.
3.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs.
4.Understand role requirements and identify qualified candidates to meet hiring demands.
5.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
6.Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and prepare recruitment reports.
7.Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support effective recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
3. Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment.
4. Demonstrated experience managing relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders and coordinating recruitment activities.
5. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job platforms, and recruitment tools.English Level
