Job Description
- Lead and drive overall sales performance Monitor business to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
- Develop, manage, and expand sales channels, including distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Build and strengthen relationships with key partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities in the IT/Monitor segment
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to define effective sales strategies
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, promotions, and sales initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth execution and alignment
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven insights to improve business outcomes
- Take ownership of both sales and operational excellence within the category
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the IT hardware / monitor / display industry
- Proven track record in sales management and target achievement
- Strong understanding of Thailand IT distribution channels (distributors, retailers, modern trade, etc.)
- Experience in key account management and building long-term business relationships
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive, result-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Good understanding of Thailand market dynamics and business environment
- Experience with leading IT or monitor brands will be a strong advantageEnglish Level
