    [Job Summary]
    Products: Electronic parts
    Customers: Japanese — Existing 50% (about 15 companies), New 50%
    - Make product proposals and quotations
    - Gather customer information
    - Coordinate delivery dates
    - Respond to customer requests for information
    - Manage sales targets
    - Negotiate with customers and suppliers in case of problems (quality, delivery, price, etc.)
    - Visit customers about 3 days/week (company car and driver)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - At least 3 years of sales experience in a Japanese company (B2B)
    - Business-level English or Japanese N2 or higher
    - Valid driver's license

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in new business development (new client acquisition)
    - Experience in the electronic components industry
    - Experience in team leadership or mentoring junior staff
