Job Description
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including report summaries and analysis for management.
- Document and maintain records of Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and other meeting minutes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, Excel sheets, and other business documents.
- Serve as an interpreter in selected meetings. (Would be advantage)
- Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and Thai employees to ensure effective communication.
- Support company operations through planning and coordination.
- Arrange transportation and accommodation for visiting guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (N1 level).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Japanese Coordinator.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.English Level
