Job Description
Position Objective:
Focus on liquidity management and tax compliance in accordance with corporate governance principles, while integrating operational data to provide accurate and efficient reports on performance and net profit to executive management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Strategy & Cash Flow Oversight: Plan, forecast, and oversee overall cash inflows and outflows to ensure continuous support for construction and mining operations.
• Tax Management & Compliance: Manage and verify the accuracy of all tax filings (e.g., VAT, WHT) in compliance with Revenue Department regulations to mitigate tax risks and potential penalties.
• Operational Integrity & Cost Control: Audit operational data from weighing systems and site-level costs (such as fuel and materials) to prevent resource leakage.
• Strategic Management Reporting: Prepare financial status reports and project-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with business partners and relevant parties (e.g., software houses) to enhance and maintain efficient, up-to-date financial information systems.
Qualifications
Requirement
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Proven experience in financial management or taxation within heavy industry, construction, or mining sectors is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Advanced Google Sheets) with a strong understanding of automation logic.
• Knowledge of or ability to apply workflow automation tools, such as n8n, is a distinct advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong professional ethics, and systematic problem-solving skills.English Level
