Job Description:
The HR & GA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general affairs functions within the company. This role requires hands-on management of HR operations as well as administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, attendance, and leave management
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff and management
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal company policies
- Manage general affairs and office administration, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with external agencies regarding visa and work permit processes for Japanese expatriates
- Support management with HR planning, organizational development, and internal communication
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management as required
Qualifications
Requirement

- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Minimum 7-8 years experience in HR & Admin role
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
- Good command of English

1.Position allowance: 3,500.- /month(after probation)

3.Diligent: 500.- /month (if no late, no leave)
