  • Job Description

    - Oversee full spectrum of HRM functions including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance
    - Develop and manage salary structure, compensation framework, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency
    - Manage Performance Management system and KPI implementation
    - Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
    - Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and international labor standards relevant to export business
    - Prepare HR documentation and support internal/external audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, customer audits)
    - Analyze HR metrics (Turnover rate, Absenteeism, Cost per Hire, Productivity) and provide strategic reports to management
    - Lead and develop HR team to achieve organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field
    - Minimum 7–10 years of HRM experience in manufacturing environment with managerial level experience
    - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and employee relations
    - Experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits management
    - Experience supporting international audits is a plus
    - Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
    - Good command of English
