  • Job Description

    - Build and develop relationships with new customers (OEM) while continuously managing and maintaining existing customer accounts.
    - Provide consultation on the company’s OEM products and manufacturing processes to ensure they meet customer requirements.
    - Prepare quotations and negotiate sales terms and conditions in line with company targets.
    - Coordinate with Research & Development (R&D), Production, and Marketing teams to develop products that meet customer needs.
    - Monitor market trends, consumer demand, and competitor activities to propose sales approaches and marketing strategies.
    - Manage sales performance in accordance with assigned targets and prepare monthly sales reports.
    - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    - Able to work well as part of a team and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
    - Proficient in MS Office and able to use English effectively for communication.
    - Owns a car and is able to travel and work in upcountry/provincial areas.
    - At least 5 years of experience in OEM sales within factories producing seafood, pharmaceuticals, or animal feed.
    - Knowledge of spray drying processes.
