    - Handle and manage relationships with Japanese clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
    - Identify, coordinate, and resolve customer issues through close communication with the Japan headquarters
    - Act as a liaison between local operations and the Japan-based team to ensure alignment and timely responses
    - Support and execute marketing-related activities, including customer engagement initiatives and promotional support
    - Assist with sales-related coordination and follow-up as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in any filed
    - Have a car license and own a car
    - Experience in sale at least 3 years
    - Business skill in Japanese (Equal to N2)

    [Advantage]
    - Sales experience in chemical products
    - Holding JLPT N2
