  Products Handled:
  Hot-rolled steel sheets, cold-rolled steel sheets, surface-treated steel sheets, electrical steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, and related steel products.
  
  Main Clients:
  Japanese manufacturers, including home appliance manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, and other Japanese manufacturing companies.
  
  Role Overview:
  The position is responsible for sales activities and back-office operations for Japanese corporate clients.
  The role primarily focuses on maintaining and supporting existing customers, with no aggressive new business development or sales quotas. However, there may be opportunities to propose solutions to new customers through inquiries or referrals.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships with existing customers, mainly home appliance and electrical equipment manufacturers.
  - Understand customers’ production plans, demand forecasts, and requirements, and propose suitable steel materials and product solutions.
  - Prepare quotations, conduct price negotiations, and coordinate contract terms with customers.
  - Manage order processing, including order confirmation, system data entry, and delivery schedule coordination.
  - Oversee inventory management, including monitoring internal and warehouse stock levels and adjusting quantities to prevent shortages.
  - Coordinate delivery operations, including shipment arrangements, communication with logistics providers, and monitoring delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  - Respond to customer inquiries and handle initial responses to issues or claims.
  - Prepare sales reports and perform regular reporting tasks.
