Job Description
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels
2. Actively source, screen and interview candidates to build a strong pipeline of qualified applicants
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications
4. Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
5. Maintain a robust applicant tracking system and generate relevant recruitment reports
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and legal compliance in talent acquisition
7. Promote the company employer brand and support employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to talent acquisition
- Proficiency in English is a must.English Level
