Job Description
- Supervise, control, and manage production operations and team performance to achieve company targets in accordance with established standards.
- Plan and control production processes during both New Model introduction and Mass Production phases.
- Collect, record, and analyze daily production data; oversee daily output based on production cycles and machine utilization; coordinate with other departments to support production lines effectively.
- Prepare and present monthly KPIs, including analyzing issues and proposing systematic improvements.
- Oversee and maintain the IATF 16949 quality management system within the Production department.
- Develop and improve the efficiency of production processes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of the IATF 16949 system and Core Tools.
- Knowledge of 4M management and problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys and 8D Reports.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and machine systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and general computer skills.
- English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing).
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.English Level
