  • Job Description

    - Plan and control the production of wire spring parts to meet quality, quantity and time targets.
    - Check and control the production process to meet the specified standards.
    - Analyze and solve problems in the production line.
    - Manage and supervise the team within the department.
    - Coordinate with relevant departments such as production planning, quality control, maintenance, etc.
    - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on the department's performance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or other related fields
    - Experience over 7 years in production in automotive manufacturing and understand the working standard.
    - Over 2 years as a leader, managing the operators team to achieve the daily target.
    - Experience in wire spring or related production processes for at least 2-3 years
    - Skills in team management and production planning
    - Able to read workpiece drawings and use measuring tools

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
