• Job Description

  - Plan and execute investor relations activities in line with the company’s strategic direction.
  - Prepare annual reports, One Report, Form 56-1, and other related SET documentation.
  - Communicate effectively with investors, shareholders, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
  - Prepare materials and coordinate for Analyst Meetings and Shareholders’ Meetings (AGM/EGM).
  - Monitor and analyze capital market trends and shareholder movements.
  - Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Management to ensure accurate and consistent communication.
  - Prepare and manage board and shareholders’ meeting documents in compliance with applicable laws and company regulations.
  - Provide advice to the Board and Management on Public Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and SEC/SET regulations.
  - Prepare and submit statutory reports such as directors’ shareholding reports, One Report / Form 56-1, and company information updates.
  - Maintain proper records of minutes, resolutions, and corporate documents systematically.
  - Ensure the company’s compliance with good corporate governance principles.
  - Liaise with internal and external parties, including legal, accounting, investors, and advisors.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
