Job Description
- Plan and execute investor relations activities in line with the company’s strategic direction.- Prepare annual reports, One Report, Form 56-1, and other related SET documentation.- Communicate effectively with investors, shareholders, analysts, and regulatory bodies.- Prepare materials and coordinate for Analyst Meetings and Shareholders’ Meetings (AGM/EGM).- Monitor and analyze capital market trends and shareholder movements.- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Management to ensure accurate and consistent communication.- Prepare and manage board and shareholders’ meeting documents in compliance with applicable laws and company regulations.- Provide advice to the Board and Management on Public Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and SEC/SET regulations.- Prepare and submit statutory reports such as directors’ shareholding reports, One Report / Form 56-1, and company information updates.- Maintain proper records of minutes, resolutions, and corporate documents systematically.- Ensure the company’s compliance with good corporate governance principles.- Liaise with internal and external parties, including legal, accounting, investors, and advisors.- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
