• Job Description

  - Prepare, review, and revise contracts to ensure clarity, legal compliance, and alignment with project goals; identify potential legal and contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  - Ensure contract terms comply with internal policies and align with legal standards and project requirements.
  - Assist in negotiating contract terms with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  - Advise project teams on legal risks, obligations, and rights.
  - Interpret laws, regulations, and contract clauses relevant to construction and engineering projects.
  - Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial law, labor law, and other applicable regulations.
  - Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws related to construction, labor, safety, and environmental standards.
  - Support company activities, including internal audits.
  - Assist in managing claims, disputes, and litigation.
  - Coordinate with external counsel and represent the company in arbitration or legal proceedings when necessary.
