Job Description
[Job Summary]
- Organizational Structure Management
Design and implement effective organizational structures to support company growth.
- Strategic HR Initiatives
Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, supporting talent development, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Lead initiatives for performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
- Human Resource Development
Develop HR programs, assess training needs, and analyze program effectiveness using performance evaluations and KPIs.
- Competency & Career Path Planning
Manage competency frameworks, develop career paths and development plans, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Performance Review Systems
Oversee and improve performance review processes to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
- Management Reporting & Compliance
Monitor and improve HR management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Employee Benefits
Design and manage wellbeing plans, organize team-building activities, and foster employee engagement. Provide consultation on compensation and benefits management.
- Recruitment
Oversee recruitment processes to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in HR management (preferably in the manufacturing sector.)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in HRM, HRD, and organizational strategies, including organization design, career path, talent management, succession planning, and job evaluation.
