Qualifications
Requirement
- Only Japanese nationals
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, including both administrative tasks and direct customer interaction (as the role involves communication with Japanese tenants).
- Fresh graduates are not eligible, as prior work experience in Japan is required.
- Must be able to communicate appropriately in Japanese.
- Basically, weekends (Saturday–Sunday) are off; however, the candidate should be available to assist in case of tenant emergencies.
- Must be able to handle a certain level of stress, as customer service work can be mentally demanding.
- Must be in good physical health.
- Thai language ability is not required.
- English communication at a basic conversational level is sufficient (however, reading and writing skills are preferred).
- Chinese language ability would be an advantage, as some Chinese tenants may not understand English.
