Job Description
- Provide daily customer service support and handle administrative tasks for the engineering department.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and CRM tools to ensure smooth service operations.
- Process service job sheets, update job status in CRM, and schedule engineers based on service plans and quotations.
- Prepare quotations for repairs or spare part requests; coordinate with engineers to identify the correct parts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely handling and closure of service cases.
- Accurately record case details and customer information in the system for tracking and reporting.
- Submit and follow up on warranty claims with machine principals.
- Occasionally travel to provide on-site support when required.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding or in a supervisor-level role.
- Good command of Japanese (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Customer-focused, polite, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel for service assignments.English Level
