• Job Description

   Lead and manage the engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
   Develop and implement production processes, methods, and standards to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
   Collaborate with design and R & amp; D teams in Australia to ensure manufacturability of new products and product development.
   Coordinating and work with Project management team.
   Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and initiate corrective actions.
   Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and tools.
   Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
   Develop budgets, schedules, and resource plans for production engineering projects.
   Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
   Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades to improve productivity and product quality.
