• Job Description

  - Lead new production preparation to meet quality and cost targets
  - Support Pilot, Prototype, and Mass Production readiness for Machining and Assembly lines
  - Review and manage ECN and process changes covering machining programs, tooling, jig/fixture, BOM, quality, cost, and delivery
  - Ensure all changes are evaluated and approved before implementation
  - Prepare and release Production Instructions for Pilot, Prototype, and Mass Production
  - Verify that instructions align with the mass production and prototype preparation plan
  - Improve quality and productivity; resolve engineering bottlenecks in the responsible area
  - Select and implement improvement activities aligned with company policy and priorities
  - Control and report investment budget status for projects and equipment
  - Manage fixed asset status within the team; identify and guide asset improvement
