• Job Description

  - Understand the overall business model and business strategy, direction that Headquarters informs.
  - Develop and implement Sales and Operations strategies for business growth.
  - Ensure execution results hit the company target and goals.
  - Monitor and mentor the team to accomplish the company's vision and common goal.
  - Oversee the daily operations, liaising with all departments.
  - Ensure delivery performance aligns with KPIs and customer expectations, proactively addressing issues to improve service levels.
  - Improve internal processes for better productivity.
  - Conduct root cause analysis of delivery failures, implementing corrective actions and long-term improvements.
  - Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
  - Maintain the existing customers and expand the business opportunity for the existing customers
  - Develop long-term relationships with customers
  - Manage orders, contracts, and original documentation
  - Report to Headquarters
  - Other duties as assigned
