  • Job Description

    1. Recruitment & Staffing
    - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for all hotel positions.
    - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

    2. Employer Branding & Social Media
    - Manage and maintain the hotel’s HR-related social media presence (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to promote the employer brand.
    - Create engaging content to showcase the hotel’s culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities.
    - Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to align employer branding with overall hotel branding strategy.
    3. Employee Relations
    - Serve as a key contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
    - Promote open communication and maintain a positive work environment aligned with the hotel’s values.
    - Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in compliance with hotel policy and Thai labor law.

    4. Training & Development
    - Identify training needs and organize learning programs to enhance employees’ skills and guest service standards.
    - Oversee orientation programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.

    5. Compensation & Benefits
    - Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance Department to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    - Oversee employee benefits programs, including insurance, allowances, and welfare initiatives.

    6. Compliance & Policy
    - Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.
    - Maintain updated HR policies and communicate them effectively to all staff.
    - Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies as needed.

    7. HR Administration
    - Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, evaluations, and personal files.
    - Track HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and employee satisfaction.
    - Manage HR budget and control departmental expenses.

    8. Employee Engagement & Culture
    - Plan and execute employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
    - Promote diversity, inclusion, and a service-oriented culture aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
    - Act as an ambassador for the hotel’s brand values and culture.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a management role within the hotel industry.
    - Business level of English (spoken and written).
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher.

    【Advantage】
    - Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
