  • Job Description

    - Strategic HR Management:
    Plan, manage, and develop human resource systems to align with international hotel standards and the strategic direction of the organization.
    - Talent Acquisition:
    Oversee the recruitment and selection process with a focus on identifying candidates with the right skills, attitude, and personality that match our luxury brand.
    - Training & Development:
    Design and implement a comprehensive Training Roadmap focused on Service Excellence, Luxury Hospitality, Grooming, and Guest Interaction.
    - Compensation & Benefits:
    Manage payroll, employee benefits, and legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies to ensure accuracy and transparency.
    - Organizational Culture:
    Build and nurture a professional, team-oriented, and loyal workplace culture that reflects the core values of our hotel.
    - HR Reporting:
    Prepare and present HR reports to senior management with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    - Employee Relations:
    Handle employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution with sensitivity, fairness, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    - Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
    - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle confidential matters effectively.
