• Job Description

  - Provide level 1 application support to end users.
  - Collaborate with corporate and local IT teams to implement IT projects.
  - Assist in the development and enhancement of system applications.
  - Prepare written specifications and coordinate with development teams for change management processes.
  - Conduct application training for end users to ensure effective usage of software.
  - Work closely with IT support team and external consultants to log and resolve user issues promptly.
  - Create and maintain comprehensive and user-friendly documentation.
  - Offer recommendations and guidance to end users in line with company policy.
  - Support the preparation of reports for business units.
  - Stay updated with the latest software technologies.
  - Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
