Job Description
Our client seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in high-end property sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales for luxury residential projects including condominiums (high-rise and low-rise) and executive villas priced at 50 million THB and above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through agents/brokers, networking, and social media channels.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, continuously enhance technical knowledge, and stay updated on project details and promotional offers to support sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents by providing information, guidance, and promotional updates.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, presenting investment opportunities and promotions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve assigned sales targets and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in property sales, preferably in high-value residential projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good numerical skills and ability to prepare and analyze basic sales figures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT.
- Solid understanding of basic social media platforms for sales and marketing purposes.
- Fluency in both English and Thai is required (interview will be conducted in English).English Level
