Job Description
[Job Summary]
- Handle customer inquiries about shipments (schedule and status updates).
- Coordinate and arrange with shipping lines and service providers (vessel booking, transportation, etc.).
- Prepare and manage export/import documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Support and coordinate customs clearance with customs and carriers.
- Track shipments and update customers on progress.
- Handle billing tasks (issue invoices for freight and service charges).
- Communicate and coordinate with related departments (warehouse, delivery team, etc.).
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Communication skill in English
- Have knowledge of logistics industry
- Over 5 years of Customer Service experience in the logistics industry or related in any filedEnglish Level
Level 4 - Conversational Level
