• Job Description

  Cost Controlling :
  - Overseeing, managing and developing an annual and multi-year budgets/business plan that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
  - Review product costing
  - Determining transfer pricing
  - Review quarterly forecasts, the annual budget process, and holding budget meetings.
  - Present monthly finance review
  - Overseeing ERP / CO modules and related production, material management and so on
  
  Accounting and Tax :
  - Purchase requisition approval and Payment approval
  - Review payroll calculation and report payroll taxes (PND1) to the government
  - Review monthly and annual financial statement and LucaNet consolidation packages
  - Review annual corporate income tax (CIT)
  - Handling Annual general Meeting (AGM)
  - Review operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
  - Overseeing ERP / FI module
  
  BOI :
  - Review BOI process and privileges regulations
  
  Financial Management :
  - Overseeing, managing and directing finance activities for the organization.
  - Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost finance effectiveness.
  - Collaborate on a regular basis with all department leaders to monitor the business development and set up adequate measures in case of necessity
