  ● Import
  - Communicated with Freight Forwarder for Import Shipment
  - Check the shipping document from supplier / maker / vender
  - Check Import Entry as Freight Forwarder send to us (HS Code , Duty Rate)
  - BOI concern (if any)
  
  ●Export
  - Communicated with Freight Forwarder for Export Shipment (depend on Inco Term)
  - Prepare shipping document for Export
  - Check Export Entry as Freight Forwarder provide
  - BOI Concern (If any)
  
  ●Purchasing
  - Issue PO for Local Supplier
  - Monitoring Local PO
  - Planning for stock item (Idea PO)
  
  ●Storage
  - Communicate with each warehouse
  - Make the document to warehouse for incoming shipment
  - Check the report from warehouse (end of month)
  - Insurance Claim
  
  ●Delivery
  - Issue DO to warehouse for delivery product by customer request
  - Make the Performa Invoice (Term COD)
  - Control Lot# (FIFO)
  
  ●Other
  - Collect Logistic document set and send to Accounting department
  - The report concern with Sales Manager request
  - ISO process (Supplier Evaluation, Customer Satisfaction survey,Customer Audit)
  - Support to other request (Accounting, Sales Etc..)
  - 100% Inventory count
  - Handel for support customer request / complaint
  - Follow Forecast / PO from customer
  - Disposal product (damage , NG)
  - Support Audit (Accounting, HQ, ISO, ISCC Plus)
