  • Job Description

    [Responsibilities of FMT Consultant]
    - Analyze current finance and accounting operations and identify key issues within client organizations
    - Propose and design effective transformation strategies in areas such as financial accounting, management accounting, and reporting
    - Support process improvement initiatives across accounting workflows including closing, reporting, and budgeting
    - Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP and finance-related IT systems
    - Promote efficiency, automation, and digital transformation in finance functions, aligned with business goals
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    - Business English level
    - At least over 2 years' work experience at consulting firm
    - Background of finance and accounting business consulting, accounting process design, audit, or business analysis
    - Open and willing to learn about IT/digital technologies

    【Advantage】
    - GPA 3.0 upper or Master Degree
    - IT (ERP) background is huge plus
    - Working experience in Manufacturing, Consumer, Automotive industry as business planner
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    - Strong presentation skills, creativity, and initiative
