  • Job Description

    ＜Key Responsibilities＞
    - Lead and manage the sales team responsible for new installation projects of elevators and escalators.
    - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share.
    - Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, contractors, and developers.
    - Supervise the preparation and delivery of proposals, quotations, and related sales documents.
    - Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, project management, etc.) to ensure successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields
    - Proven experience in a managerial or department head role in sales within the elevator industry
    - Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations
    - Good command of English (Business level)
    - Driving license and own a car

    【Advantage】
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
    - Experience in security system/parking system/CCTV or relevant fields property, construction fields
    - Industry: Property Developer、Designer/Consultant for Office building、Construction Management、Security System Integrator
