  • Job Description

    - Handle inquiries and communication with oversea customers
    - Prepare and send quotations to clients
    - Enter purchase orders (POs) into the company system for further processing
    - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
    - Assist with translation and interpretation during meetings with Japanese headquarters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
    - Experience in Customer Service or Sales Coordinator for 1 year or above
    - Good communication skills in English both writing and speaking
    - Have knowledge in logistic
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in import/export business is preferred
    - Able to speak Japanese will be considered specially
