  • Job Description

    - Handle inquiries and communication with overseas customers
    - Prepare and send quotations to clients
    - Enter purchase orders (POs) into the company system for further processing
    - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
    - Assist with translation and interpretation during meetings with Japanese headquarters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or related fields
    - Experience in import/export business is preferred
    - Good communication skills in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3 level)
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
