Job Description
1. Assist in the preparation and implementation of the company's human resource plan, establish and develop the company's human resource system such as recruitment, training, compensation system and performance evaluation.
2. Responsible for recruiting personnel, training employees, setting up compensation system and performance evaluation of each department in the company.
3. Responsible for creating the company's organizational culture, conducting periodic employee satisfaction surveys and managing employee relations appropriately.
4. Studying the training needs of each department, preparing training plans and being responsible for implementation.
5. Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, proficient in Chinese or English
2. At least 5 years of experience in human resources in the manufacturing industry, or at least 2 years as a leader.
3. Excellent communication skills, a reliable personality, good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, and a keen sense of teamwork
4. Chinese speaking (HSK5, HSK6)
5. Able to travel to work by yourself
6. Having experience in new plant setup is advantageous.English Level
