    [Job Summary]
    Human Resources (HR):
    - Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
    - Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling processes.
    - Support and supervise payroll, benefits, and attendance systems.
    - Human Resource Development (HRD) & Training:
    - Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
    - Monitor training effectiveness and support career development initiatives.
    - Promote continuous learning and employee skill enhancement.
    - Recruitment & Engagement:
    - Lead end-of-the-end recruitment process to attract and select qualified candidates.
    - Develop employer branding and recruitment channels.
    - Organize employee engagement programs and activities to enhance workplace culture and retention.
    General Affairs (GA):
    - Supervise general administration tasks such as office management, company vehicles, security, and facility
    maintenance.
    - Coordinate with government agencies and manage legal documents related to company operations such as
    Visa&Workpermit, operation permit etc.
    - Organize company events and support internal communications.
    - Maintain HR & GA practices in alignment with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
    - Participate in internal and external audits; ensure documentation is up to date and compliant.
    - Coordinate improvement activities and follow up on audit results.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
    - At least 5 years of experience in HR & GA, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
    - Good knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
    - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    - Good command of English (spoken and written)

    【Advantage】
    - Japanese language is an advantage.
    - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
