    [Job Summary]
    - Market research (rent and price interviews for each area and property, tenant surveys)
    - Assistance with new case investigation research
    - Acquisition and management of weekly sales reports (interviews with visitors and buyers)
    - Daily Q&A and responses to partner companies, etc.
    - Participation in regular construction meetings (usually in Thai) , Reporting on construction progress and topics
    - Researching new properties for sale
    - Collection of materials such as brochures
    - Preparation of meeting minutes
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any related filed
    - Business level of English
    - At least 3 years experience as business development/project coordinator/finance of real estate developer or real estate agent

    [Advantage]
    - Working experience in Japanese competitor
    - Ability to handle cash flow model for real estate investment
    - Experience in condominium development
